BOPPERATION ("we", "our", "the app") is a marketplace and delivery platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: Phone number (used for authentication via one-time SMS codes).
Profile information: Display name and optional profile photo you provide during setup.
Order data: Items ordered, delivery addresses, order status, and pricing.
Location data: If you are a driver, we collect your location while actively delivering to provide real-time tracking to customers. Location is not collected when you are not on an active delivery.
Device information: Device type, OS version, and push notification tokens for delivery updates.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the service:
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active. Driver location data is retained only for the duration of each delivery and deleted afterward.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication uses one-time codes — we never store passwords. Data is hosted on Supabase with row-level security policies.
BOPPERATION is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
